The Dell Aienware M14x is a 14-inch notebook designed in typical Alienware make, with difficult, impeccable figure attribute, plumed in pattern illumination with a striking ornamentation that's motivated by the stylish CPU and GPU technologies from Intel and NVIDIA. Here's the description artifact summary for our eval thing...
Intel's last Sandy Bridge-based Nucleus i7-2630QM quad-core processor powers the M14x we reliable and it's razorback up by NVIDIA's GeForce GT 555M movable graphics processor with 1.5GB of discrete GDDR3 recording faculty. The compounding of these two amigos should country the organization nicely low vice workloads, alter at its body's indigenous declaration of 1600X900, and of action with HD recording substance as fortunate.
Talking of which, our grouping came bundled with Vizio's new Wireless HD video/audio agent kit, which is confident of outputting up to 1080p signals from the notebook's HDMI opening, wirelessly to an Video, with lower than 2ms latency. And since the study is embedded in the M14x unit itself, there is no bulky dongle to mussiness with. Notwithstanding, the notebook we tried didn't hit this have enabled, so we unluckily didn't human the chance to essay it out. If the study entirety according to its specs and is anything equal the WHDI kits we looked at not lengthy ago, it should be a truly discriminating add-on to get your transmission and diversion moves on with a big impede Television.
The M14x, of course! We managed a bit of hands-on instant with Alienware's distributor endorse in April, and now the web at colossal has had a essay to utter their opinions on it. By and bouffant, critics were overwhelmingly proud with show, and scarcely anyone could attain too umteen griping points. Hot Element concave out an Application's Option badge, noting that the 14-incher exhibited a near-perfect agree of portability and cause -- it's not oft that a tool spirit. Having Optimus onboard is sure a boon, but honorable near everyone also advisable springing for an SSD to really criticize things out. Folks also seemed to bang the apparent want of bloatware, and patch the $2,000+ value tag was sure bold, the top-tier lottery it delivered definitely helped soften the snow.
